Having gone through years of yo-yo and extremely restrictive diets whilst over exercising, I have learnt the importance of balance. Now-a-days, I strive to create high-protein sweet treats that are filled with healthy fats and wholesome ingredients. Substituting store bought processed snacks for easy homemade snacks has helped my digestion, sustain my energy levels and makes me feel great overall. Sometimes recipes don't turn out as planned. But when my recipes do work, I share them on my Instagram (@sarahfitfoodie). Ultimately, I use my Instagram to empower people to look after themselves and inspire them to create healthier snacks to eat well, live well and feel well.
